Terms of service

1. The service

We provide private passenger transport with a driver in Georgia: airport transfers, intercity transfers, hourly and full-day chauffeur service and custom routes. The service is private — the vehicle is not shared with other customers.

The vehicle class you book (sedan, SUV, van) is guaranteed. The specific vehicle may be replaced with one of the same or a higher class.

2. Booking and confirmation

A booking request becomes a confirmed booking only when we send you a confirmation by email or messenger. We aim to confirm within one hour during office hours (08:00–23:00 Tbilisi time).

Please check the confirmation carefully — pickup address, date, time, flight number and passenger count — and tell us immediately if anything is wrong.

3. Prices and payment

Prices for listed routes are fixed per vehicle and include the driver, fuel, road tolls, parking at pickup, standard waiting time and child seats. Prices for other routes are quoted individually before confirmation.

No payment is taken online. You pay the driver at the end of the trip in cash (GEL, USD or EUR) or by card. Prices shown in USD may be paid in GEL at the exchange rate of the day.

Extra stops, waiting beyond the included time or changes to the route requested on the day are charged as agreed with the dispatcher before they are carried out.

4. Waiting time and no-shows

For airport pickups we track your flight. Waiting is free for 60 minutes after the actual landing time. For other pickups waiting is free for 15 minutes after the agreed time.

If we cannot reach you by phone or messenger within the free waiting time, the booking may be treated as a no-show and charged according to the cancellation policy.

5. Changes and cancellation

You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the pickup time. Later cancellations and no-shows are subject to the cancellation policy published on this website.

We may cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances (severe weather, road closures, vehicle breakdown). In that case we offer an alternative or cancel without charge.

6. Passengers and luggage

The number of passengers and pieces of luggage may not exceed the capacity of the booked vehicle. Children must use the child seats we provide, as required by Georgian law.

Smoking, open alcohol and behaviour that endangers the driver or other road users are not permitted. The driver may end the trip in such cases without a refund.

7. Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, road closures or border procedures, nor for missed flights or connections resulting from them. We recommend allowing enough time for airport departures.

Our liability for any claim is limited to the price of the booked service, except where the law provides otherwise.
